Flambé India is an authentic Indian casual restaurant with a touch of French influence, all in a relaxing, visually-pleasing environment that features pleasant traditional Indian music.
Our goal at Flambe India is to serve the freshest Indian dishes with authentic flavors. We serve traditional favorites as well as ones with our Chef’s flambe twist. All the masalas (mix of spices) and recipes have been created by our Chef Niaz. Some taught by his mother and he wants to share those flavors of home with you.
We serve a lighter version of Indian food. We don’t focus on one region alone. We pick the best of India from North to South. Our highly experienced chef uses the highest quality ingredients and pays attention to the details that add deep flavors and rich aroma to his cooking.
